I have pumpkin pecan bread rising in the kitchen. I'm pretty excited about it! My first real bread by myself.

Also, just for the record: If you accidentally add cinnamon instead of paprika to your enchilada sauce, it isn't the end of the world.

We actually quite enjoyed those enchiladas.
