Somewhere in college I figured out that working out made me feel better and let me concentrate on my studies a bit more easily.
people would ask me what my target weight was. I still don't understand this term. Rather than sound like a dumb-ass, I picked some huge and unobtainable number. Being 6' 142lbs with a 32" waist back then (10 years ago) I always said 195lb because I never figured I could actually get to 195 lbs.
As of today I am still 6', still have a 32" waist, but surprisingly I weighed in at 195lbs.. o.O
I have no idea what to do next. Or even if I should do anything other than keep on doing what i've been doing..
still.. let's say my curiosity is peaked. One should have a goal.. so what exactly can mine be?
what are some of your goals? what are you pursuing?
