But i always seem too busy. i have a plethora of questions that have been stacking by the day that i really want to know the answers to so instead of posting several obnoxious posts im cramming into one, supercharged, megapost.
Firstly, since posting here the first time i did i have seen a small amount of weight gain. unfortunately, its all from structured diet rather than any form of exercise. it seems as though any form of exercise i end up partaking in, it only makes me lose weight and thats the exact opposite of what im looking for. which brings me to the first question:
1) How do you gain significant, actual muscle MASS?
the last time i tried to gain muscle mass, i ended up losing almost 10 pounds after busting my ass doing all these routines and muscle gaining exercises. Sure, i was lean as hell and it was visibly apparent, but that isnt what im after. i want to gain actual MASS. and i just dont know how to go about doing that. the only thing thats been working for me recently is eating. i try to eat as much as i can, as often as i can. Carbs and meats. thats the basis of my diet. So help on that would be significantly appreciated as well.
2) Are drop-sets actually beneficial to muscle gain?
Ever since ive started doing this, i have done all my exercises with the amount of weight im able to handle, and i keep it at that all the way through the entire thing. i keep my sets and reps the same and just keep the same amount of weight the whole time. i would never think about starting out heavy and slowly declining to help gain. so, info on this would be nice as well.
oh, and also in this same regard, is using two separate dumbells for things like chest or bench presses more efficient than an actual bar?
and lastly..
3) How the fuck are 10 pack abs such as these possible?
Is that genetics or are there things you can actually do to get a sick core like that?
Again, sorry for my fitness ignorance but, thats why im here in the first place. :/
