So, I know there's a fair amount of experience with protein-sparing modified fasts in this group. I've been thinking of doing one -- the more I read about it, the more I become aware that I've essentially done an ignorant version for a week here and there in the past during times of low physical activity and low appetite, and I feel like I'd tolerate it fairly well without going nuts -- but I thought I'd post here and see if anyone had any advice to add from personal experience before I get to it. I've gotten werz_waldeau's message about fiber supplementation loud and clear so that's covered. ;-) Anything else?

(Note, I haven't read the Lyle McDonald book but I have read a fair amount, so I'm not asking y'all to save me the exertion of looking up the basics. I'm more interested in your subjective experience here.)
