Does this mean I have to bring my camera everywhere?

A long time ago I read somewhere that it was a good idea to photograph everything you planned on eating. And I thought "wow, that sounds like a lot of work!" But the more I think about it the more I'm inclined to do this but again, I must think of it as a one day at a time thing or it will seem daunting and I will quit before I even begin. This is a really brilliant way to keep you accountable for every morsel that goes into your mouth though and it totally beats calorie counting (something I will do my best to avoid at least for March). If I can lose 5 pounds (or 2.26kg) this month without counting calories then I will keep this up but if not then it is time to start counting!

For now here is what I've eaten so far today...
LUNCH

SNACK

I am so sore from yesterday's yoga (knew I would be, it's a tough workout) but it's making too lazy to do Cardio X today but I WILL DO IT! Even if it's not until 11PM!! Yes I skipped breakfast and I will add dinner later...

DINNER

Well I didn't do Cardio X but I did do Ab Ripper X and Shoulders & Arms which when you think about it is 35 more minutes than the former. So I did more work by switching the workout, lol. Again at 11 PM but that is better than 0 PM. I love doing the strength training workouts with the bands instead of with weights, wow so much harder!! For Ab Ripper X I did 15-20 of the 25 reps for each routine, 15 for the harder ones such as crunchy frog and 20 for the "easier" ones like bicycle. There are no easy moves it is all hard but I do my best and forget the rest! Tomorrow is Core and I've moved Cardio X to Friday.

Until tomorrow, ciao!
