The early bird gets the worm - Day 6

Whoo hoo! I made it! Tomorrow is another rest day and I am so excited that week one is complete! One down, twelve to go, lol. Not much to say about today's workout except that it also kicked my ass (burn it off). Recharge was a nice 20 minute stretch and relax workout and I loved it. It's not as grueling as P90X Yoga or as long... Everything about ChaLEAN Extreme is really just so time efficient yet still very effective. It's fantastic! Now I'm off to shower off the sweat and then it's breakfast and smoothie time. I love my smoothies and you know what? It really helps to lessen muscle soreness. My trial week on this workout (the last week of January I tried almost all 14 workouts in the program to familiarize myself with them) I didn't make my protein smoothies and I was so sore I could barely get out of bed the next morning. But now that I'm making and drinking the smoothies I don't feel a thing! That whey protein powder is a godsend!

Okay now time to hit the showers for real!
