WORKOUT - Hip Hop Abs: Fat Burning Cardio 2

FOOD LOG:
1 cup Easy MAC
50 ml WATER

12 pcs NYCo gumdrops
7 pcs 1-inch SOUR APPLE licorice candy

(2 slim formula pills)
SALAD; (MIXED GREENS, 1 1/2 hardboiled egg whites,1 tbsp diced TOMATOES, 2 tbsp YOGURT ranch dressing, 1 cup DOLE MANDARIN orange)
TURKEY SANDWICH; (2 slices WHOLE WHEAT bread, 1 tbsp KRAFT Mayonaise, 7 slices TURKEY deli meat, 2 leaves Romaine LETTUCE, 2 slices TOMATOES)
250 ml lemon PROPEL fit-water
1 cup WATERMELON cubed

(2 slim formula pills)
4 sliced MUSHROOMS
3 small ASPARAGUS stalks
100 ml lemon PROPEL fit-water
3 Pepperidge Farm HARVEST WHEAT crackers
