[BACKGROUND:] Redd White didn't have that much success in his life until the DL-6 murder occured. Once that happened, he used a large portion of his fiances to obtain any dirt on the case from Marvin Grossburg. What he obtained was that the police hired a psychic, Misty Fey to determined who killed Gregory Edgeworth and when she summoned Gregory's spirit, the spirit said that Yanni Yogi killed him yet the courts found Yogi innocent. Redd leaked this to the press, discrediting Misty Fey and labelling her skills as fradulent. After that, she disappeared, never to return

[HOW MUCH RP-ING HAVE YOU DONE?] I was a member of the original GSRP, and I've done some forum based RPing as well as regularly playing tabletop RPGs.

ABOUT THE CHARACTER YOU WANT

[BACKGROUND:] Luke Atmey began as a Private Detective and was hired to help protect the "Emannon's Tear" from a new "phantom thief" who left an advance notice in the museum featuring the diamond. When the thief, Mask DeMasque, emerged Luke gave chase along with the other guards there, however Mask gave them the slip as Ron DeLite (Mask DeMasque's true identity) simply removed his costume and changed into his security guard uniform. Luke was the only person who noticed this change and stole the Mask DeMasque costume from the dustbin it was stashed in

Ron was then proven innocent of being Mask DeMasque. He was almost immediately arrested and charged by Prosecutor Godot for murdering Kane Bullard. After the investigation and a day in court Phoenix Wright's finger pointed at Luke Atmey once again. Luke was then taken out of the Mask DeMasque trial and put on the witness stand. Phoenix then managed to cast a shadow of doubt over Atmey's timestamped photograph but didn't crack him in the end. That is until Atmey made a final statement regarding Ron being the true criminal. This then opened a new line of questioning, in which Atmey revealed information he could not possibly know, unless he was at the scene of the crime. Atmey then broke into a bout of mad laughter as he was taken from the courtroom and imprisoned.

[BACKGROUND:] Matt started his acting career young. His first manager was Celeste Inpax and after working together for a while, the two fell in love. However, after Matt began to gain more popularity, he dumped Celeste without reason. Still caring for him, Celeste left her job Global Studios so his reputation would remain spotless

Your application shows a lot of knowledge of Matt how he is in the game, but remember that this RP takes place after Matt has been in prison for a year. You haven't really said anything about what he does now, or if being incarcerated has changed him. Now that he's been exposed and is in prison, does he even bother to keep up his "refreshing" side anymore? We'd like to hear more about how you intend to portray Matt as an inmate.

After being exposed, there is no reason for Matt to keep up his charade. He would ditch his ‘refreshing’ side altogether while in prison, only bringing it back up jokingly. Matt would not get along very well with the other inmates at first, but after realizing that he will be there for a long time, would attempt to make some ‘friends’ at least to keep him from getting bored.
He would spend his time working out or socializing with people. Matt would spend a great deal of time keeping an eye out for anything news or tabloid related- he would want to be informed as to what was going on outside of the prison. If Matt were to receive fan mail (I’m sure some crazy people would send some), he would brag and gloat about it to anyone who would listen. He doesn’t want anyone to forget how important he is (or was).

Is that what you were looking for? I am still new to this so if you would prefer someone more experienced please don't be afraid to turn me down. :)
