I don't know how I'm going to make it through work today. This weekend has been one of the worst in terms of sciatic pain I've had in quite awhile. I haven't had a good night's sleep in several days, and the pain just overwhelms my pain relievers, which I've been taking more frequently than I'm supposed to because I just can't stand it. Right
