Well, Chicago was chilly - what a surprise! We drove straight back, and it took 19 hours bcause of snow and ice and stuff. I did NOT like being in the car for 19 hours. And Sub left his keys in Chicago, and I gave my key to Ms. Chen so she could check on my turtles, so we can't get into our house, and my poor little turtle is probably dying. I think the subdivision dudes are making us a new key, though.
Wedding was okay, I guess. Very wedding-y. It was nice to see all my friends, and my dress wasn't quite as ugly as I thought it would be. No disasters. The hotel had an awesome indoor pool and hot tub with a waterfall (the pool, not the hot tub) AND you could dive into it. I LOVE diving, and you're never allowed to do it anymore. There were about ten real African people at the wedding, and they were all dressed up in their fancy African clothes, and they looked way better than any of the people in the wedding.
Did you only go to school Thursday and Friday, and then were off Mon, Tues, and today? How was Ms Simms Valentine Plagiarism PowerPoint?
I thought auditions went pretty well. I stayed talking to McNelly about what she thought until about 8:00. Of course, I can't tell you anything specific, since she may change her mind, but don't be worried about how you did, and ALL the hobbits were mentioned in one way or another. So be hopeful.
I'm bored. I've been lounging and sleeping all day, and there is nothing on TV. I should go somewhere, but I don't want to get out of my PJ's. I think I'm going to go read Othello and King Lear. I'm about to be drowning in Shakespeare, cuz AP is starting King Lear, and y'all are doing Othello, and I'm also about to start MSND with the 10th grade. Thou knowest I wilst have the Bard comething outeth of my ears, ho! Lobbest thy holy hand grenade of Antioch at Mr. Bill, thereby blowing him to bits.
