i didnt even think about a refund. I just felt that if they arent training people properly and they arent executing the program properly, they shouldnt be licensed to offer (and charge) for the service. Of course I will leave that to the headquarters to decide. It wasnt about non-results, it was about it not being done RIGHT. And that bugs me. It wasnt cheap and I feel like I didnt get what I paid for in terms of service and I dont want others to waste their money.
