ugh, i feel like an idiot!
I just went to yelp and looked up the place I had my body wrap. THEY HAVE 1/5 STARS!
NO ONE is happy with their service! NO ONE thinks the customer service was ANYWHERE close to par.
Even an ex-employee wrote a review saying how she wasnt trained and was forced to do services she didnt know how to do, including body wraps!
This just makes me sick. I feel stupid for not reading reviews before shelling out all that money.
I felt like this needed to be addressed. I contacted the headquarters of "Suddenly Slender" and the girl I spoke to seemed GENUINELY concerned about this quality issue. She put me through to the voice mail of the women who is in charge of Quality Control. Hopefully I hear back from her. It's after 7PM there, so I know she is really out of the office. I am looking forward to her call and to see if she does anything about this.
