Last week was senior week at Cornell and three of our neighbors got arrested. They were throwing fireworks at cars, and after the police showed up and gave them a ticket, as the cops were driving away one of the neighbors yelled "whore" at a female officer. So, the cops called for back up and like 5 cars showed up. These kids are all pretty rich

Oh gross, I really hate ticks. I've never had one bite me before, but I've found them crawling on me a couple of times after being outdoors, and my family's dogs have gotten them occasionally. If there's still some of the tick left in your skin, you might want to keep trying to remove it: sometimes the residual tick pieces can cause infection. And since you're on the East Coast, there's also a greater risk of contracting Lyme disease (although that apparently can depend on the species of tick). I certainly don't want to freak you out, of course, but you might keep that in mind.
