I put up quite a lot of food this week-end:
Frozen: pesto, green beans, and blueberries.
Canned: peaches
Gardened: planted some winter crops and plugged a bunch of mushroom spawn.
At the farmer's market I went home with the makings of chili to make & freeze, and enough fruit for two large fruit salads to eat all week (though I'll look up how to do
