539 Plans are going to be in the news this year as there's a freshly inked deal for the taxpayers of MA to underwrite a Fidelity Investment marketing plan. Basically, you can get $50 off your taxes if you pay Fidelity roughly $50 more than you probably need to pay them for a college savings plan.
