I'm looking for jokes to cheer up my kid. So, of course, I google "paraplegic jokes". Because who wouldn't?
But then I chickened out.
Here's the best one I found, which makes me think of all the people on Facebook saying "Phew, glad he's OK!". (He's NOT okay. He's alive. Not the same thing.)

He was soon rushed to the hospital. The left side of his body was completely paralyzed.
The doctor said, "He was going to be all right."
