What never happens?
Massachusetts has very stringent gun laws. Basically, if you want to own a handgun legally you have to have a licence to carry a concealed weapon. Getting a license to carry a concealed weapon is not easy. I went through the hoops (and paid a bunch of money) and got one on the grounds that I am a business owner who walks my cash deposits to the bank.
My bank was robbed at noon today, just before when I usually go.
The police were there mere minutes later, and are still there, with roped off parts of the street. (Why?)
