I just asked Sasha to call Jessica Johnson to tell her that her return is ready and ask if she wants to pick it up or mail it.

Sasha was able to find Jessica's Johnson's phone number in the CRM program. Wuhoo! Her phone number is listed as (xxx) xxx-xxxx

Sasha was unable to make the phone work.

I asked her to ask my husband for help.

He debugged this issue.

She didn't dial 1 first. Because she's never used a landline. He explained that "1" was the Country Code for the United States, so you may have to dial a different initial number if you were dialing outside the U.S. (which I admit to not knowing when I was her age).

But it simply wasn't something she'd ever heard before. She didn't even know to try it.

Look at me, training rudimentary office skills on April 7. Wuhoo!

Training on how to dial a phone. Yep, I will need to add it to the training matrix if I ever do this again.
