Gwen spent “the holiday” alone. She preferred not to discuss “the holiday”. Gwen enjoys the red half of red and green, she enjoys peppermint schnapps with a splash of hot chocolate, she enjoys giving herself gifts. Gwen does not enjoy being told to enjoy these things on an isolated day. She will buy herself things and wear red and bake cookies whenever she damn well pleases.
She doesn’t care for ranting about the commercialization and the over advertisement sexing of Christmas, because that just feeds the fire. Anyone who can rant about Christmas surely gives a fuck about it. Gwen just doesn’t care enough to care.
New Year’s Eve? Entirely different situation. Gwen wants plans made. She wants plans NOW.
