What does "karma" mean to you?

Gwen didn’t care for karma. She didn’t care for hearing about it or even knowing about the concept of it. Despite the fact that she didn’t care, it was unavoidable. How can a master thief with electro powers never wonder about karma? Never wonder about the back and forth, the “what goes around, comes around” type things?

She’s tried to think of bad karma that’s come her way for stealing, breaking and entering, strong language, excessive everything, coveting thy neighbor etcetera and so forth, but she could never think of how her bad actions had been justified by bad luck. Gwen had particularly good luck. The only bad luck she would have would be glitches in her plans, which always were few and far between.

Gwen decided that she was karma, she was the “comes around”. Obviously she didn’t steal to the rich and give to the poor, but she stole from the rich and gave to herself. Surely, she is the most deserving of all the good karma. In her mind, karma equals pretty things, nice drinks and leather pants. She’s got plenty of all of the above.
