You know, I thought that all of the rumors would have ended when I graduated high school . . . but they didn't. Then after being with a lot of petty people in my fraternity, I thought they would have ended after college . . . but obviously they didn't.
Rumors, rumors, are no fun. Rumors, rumors hurt someone!!
So my first place to set the record straight will be on here. Maybe the information will slowly make its way out. It is a real bitch (pardon my language) when people distort the truth.
1. I am not money hungry, and I am not a youth minister because of the money. TRUST ME!!
2. I WAS offered the job of Campus Minister at St. Stanislaus in April, but I turned it down because of my love for my job at St. Elizabeth Seton.
3. Everything that I teach is church sanctioned and in line with the Pope. I DO NOT believe that the use of condoms is right. I firmly support and preach the idea and practice of abstinence.
4. I did not place the rose on Jeff's piano to signify the loss of our music minister as a statement against the Church, nor did I know anything about it happening. I was later informed that it was my mother, on her own decision, who placed it there . . . because she felt it was such a great loss . . . and that we should remember him.
I wish these people would grow up . . . but I have learned now that they will do anything in their power to get rid of the youth ministry program and the youth minister. I wish this was easier.
By the way, poor Meg is away and clueless . . . could someone fill her in on Operation: Love A Lot . . . the crisis in youth ministry. We are going to win . . . do not even think we will lose for one second. Much love my friends!
