White and teal
Another snow fall today. The sky was a flat white all morning and then around 1:30 the cloud cover starts to move of and this crazy blue appeared on the horizon. Facebook tells me friends saw the same all over the state. Crazy. The snow has already melted off the trees.
I'm glad to say that this week is over. Work has been really stressful. We're short staffed and I have twice the normal workload. Hopefully, it will get sorted soon.
Gypsy is hanging out of her little bed like she's passed out drunk. lol Buddy finally got to the groomer's today. :-)
I haven't been following the primaries too closely. It'll just mean I have to catch up later but right now I can't bear more pettiness after the stress of work.
I finished "Dead Wake: The Last Crossing of the Lusitania" and it is great. It was a long but enjoyable tale and I loved the detail and context Erik Larson gives. One of the better books from my Book Group. If you dug "Devil in the White City", check this one out.
Now I'm reading another Dixie Hemingway novel, "Raining Cat Sitters and Dogs. A good, fun read. ;-)
