What day is it?

This Saturday is the 1st Annual Promenade of Mermaids. I only found out the date this past week end. I started my outfit last night. My idea was to great a sort of boulder skirt that my fin would dangle over. I made some headway but I am not sure if I have the time to get it right.

Work was crazy today and I just didn't have a night of draping and sewing in me. My brain is done. I'm watching "Willy Wonka".

If I can't get it together tomorrow night I'll just got with a straight mermaid skirt. Worse case we have pirate outfits already. Baby K is coming down for the day.




I was furloughed for one day on Monday and I spent the day working on my monster collages. Pay no attention to the messy desk in the back. lol I got a haircut too. I was busy! ;-P

OK, time to get ready for bed. I hope it finally rains tonight. The new plants in the front bed need it.
