HP have a screw loose.
This is a tech support woe.
A couple of months ago, I called HP regarding a new, but faulty, laptop they have provided us with. They sent us an engineer from their contracted support company, ICM Support Services, to replace the motherboard; the engineer left and the laptop was still fucked.
