Saw Watchmen Sunday night with tringa and another friend, preceded by large beers at Vinny Testa's. Sometimes I love the suburbs. The movie was long and brutal but still very satisfying.  It would have been very easy for Snyder to make this a "comic book" movie without the layers, but he managed to hit all the themes very nicely, I thought.  I didn't
