No luck on condo-showing number three. The person who saw my condo was looking for something with a "more open floor plan". I got the feedback that the place showed well, and that it was in very good condition, just not what they were looking for. And they enjoyed the fresh baked chocolate-chip cookies I put out. : ) Oh, well, we'll keep trying...
The good news is that we are starting to enter the more active house-selling time of year, after the holidays. Hopefully, there will be more showings and a sale soon. The guy who did the inspection of the house I want to buy says he inspects places on my street all the time, and said that they generally sell pretty quickly. In fact, one half a block away just sold. I'm trying to keep my spirits up, just need to wait a little while longer (I hope).
