OKC Visit

We went to visit my friend Andrea yesterday. She lives in OKC, and she's an amazing gardener. We spent much of the late afternoon in her yard, admiring her plants, pond, water garden, and butterflies. For supper, we had fresh catfish. At 9:30pm, we were sitting in law chairs, commenting how nice it was after the heat of the afternoon.

We left a little after that. When we got in the car, the external thermometer read 96 degrees. At 10:00pm. AND IT FELT NICE.

That is how miserable it is here.
