Thanksgiving

For the first time, my family's Thanksgiving was not held at my parents' house. Kate and I hosted this year at Sundog House (which is what we're now calling our new place). It looks like you had a wonderful day. And the house is looking very put together.

I'd be tempted by the kitty, but I just can't work out how to have a cat here. No one stays around over the breaks. :-(

The chickens-- I just ponder how they got started thinking the tree was a good idea. I suppose it beats being eaten on the ground but...

My kitty doesn't approve either, so I definitely understand that. I'd love to adopt Doormat and Tasha, but my cranky old Tom would never allow it. Of course, I've developed a mild cat allergy, too, which doesn't help.
