I have one week left at Wal-Mart.  I am excited, and nervous.  I've had enough time since giving my notice that I'm not still having the nervous "Oh no!  What am I doing?!" feeling.  Everything has kind of fallen into place.  I've just continued on doing what I do.  But I have the knowledge that it's not for that much longer

So um wait, what are you guys doing with his eyes?

I give you credit for ever working at Walmart. I have tons of retail experience but could never get myself to work at Walmart. Mostly because I don't like most customers.

I got John a tungstun wedding band from Walmart. It's not his first choice but it's teh cheap choice for now hehe.

eye exam. We both had gone about 4 years without an exam so it was high time for both of us. Wal-Mart offers the regular 10% discount on eye exams for associates and they've started offering 20% off glasses for associates as well. So i wanted to get us both taken care of before I had to turn in my discount card.

Yeah I've been at Wal-Mart for almost 2 years. But in just 1 week it's over.

Rob has weird skin and can't wear metals like silver or gold or anything like that. It has to be titanium or tungstun or something like that. My "engagement" ring is white gold and my "wedding band" is just a cheap silver one. He had a matching silver band but it was too small besides the fact that he wouldn't have been able to wear it for long. His skin eats through metals. So like jewelry and his glasses and everything have to be Titanium or something like that.

I just looked back over my entry. Yeah... I wasn't very clear about what was going on in this particular entry. I mentioned three entries ago that I was frustrated with him not going to get his eye exam even though I had asked him to.

Oh ok, well that makes much more sense. I figured it was an eye exam but then I was like "maybe he's having some kind of surgery or like...I dunno" hehe. Yeah my engagement ring is a 1/10 caret yellow gold ring from Walmart, cost $90. I'm just the opposite, if I wear anything but read gold or silver I break out in hives, not pretty.
