since i have been at college i have gone through phases of activities to waste my time when i am alone in my room. eventually i get tired of them and move on, and rarely ever complete them (mostly its tv show seasons and video games). eight seasons of the the simpsons (incomplete with not even ONE season complete), grape juice (randomly stopped drinking it at meals), the entire mr. bean series (incomplete), donkey kong 1-3 on super nintendo (also incomplete), showtunes (wore off quicky), dashboard confessional(re-visited and still going strong), super mario 64 (incomplete), zelda: twilight princess (complete!), among others im sure (it doesnt feel like first semester actually happened, i cant remember much). my current obsession is a frightening one, because i might actually finish it. i bought the complete series of the mary kate and ashley show So Little Time, and have easily gone through two discs of the four in just two sittings. i scare myself sometimes when i get so excited about mary kate and ashley, or cant wait to see the new episodes of drake and josh or zoey 101. there is seriously something wrong with me, but in the words of everyone's favorite hispanic nanny Manuelo, "I don't hate it!"
ive also been listening to nothing but my local band playlist. so many good times (and bad times, DAMN YOU BEN) attached to these songs, its nice to just listen to them all in a row.
last night was very strange, but i cant figure out why. i think it was a combination of the excitement of helping with the cooking for 10 people and the addition of new faces to our repitoire and amy and casey's drunkenness and wii at 2am and the visitors at 3! it was interesting to say the least.
