(no subject)
Darn. I heard back about another of the big cel sales I'd been counting on, after having lost touch with the buyer for a few days. Turns out they had an emergency and won't be able to buy immediately. Totally understandable and not their fault, but that's just another thing that's going to make it much harder to raise enough funds to get the Regen hybrid.
At the same time, I still don't want to pass on Fly Mikhaila. She won't be up for sale until tomorrow, so I'm not sure how much it's going to cost, but I'll probably go for her with face-up only and pass on all the extras. I like the costume and fantasy parts, but I don't need the frills. Fortunately, her order period is long enough I should be able to get my Regen issue sorted out before I make any final decisions there. After that (oh, and Singe, dagnabbit...) I think I'm going to have to put a halt on all further purchases at least until all layaways are paid off.
For now, I need to go back to concentrating on what I've already got. I could work on knitting, crochet, sewing, beading... There's definitely plenty to do. X3
With any luck, my Colin will be here next week along with a pair of super-cute handmade horns I bought off someone from The Chamber of Dreams. My Aletheia head is ready to go out this week for her face-up; the Notdoll hands & feet will be going along for mani-pedi treatment at the same time. I'd hoped to make the time to wipe the Ligaya head this week and do another head instead, but I still need to figure out what I'm doing about the craft room.
For the moment, it's been taken over by the scanner and cels for sale, which is probably a good thing to be in there. >>; But that means there's no space for the actual crafting. I guess I'll have to figure out a time-share arrangement for everything. XD Aaaand get to work selling s'more stuff.
