Received a phonecall from the regional council confirming the train WILL come near the house, now nobody knows how close :/
I was so upset i decided to go waste lotsa money to pump up the moral a bit. Bought a Harman Kardon amp+Harman Kardon CD player +Triangle speakers, it was expensive enough (about 1200 euros)...
The sound is really great, i ve spend most of the afternoon listening to old Cds i rediscover.
Regarding the house, wait and see...
