Hug a developer today
I'm not exactly a software developer in the IT industry's use of the term since I'm the biggest user of the software I maintain and all the other users are employees, usually systems administrators. In addition, my key role isn't maintaining the software so much as the system - the data that goes with it. That said, this video (found on Reddit) does ring true on a couple of points:
"It's funny because it's true!" And my heart goes out to all the game developers out there. That industry sucks the life out you... and for not much pay for the privilege.
