ZOMG, GUINNESS!

So, uh, I wanted to make enough Guinness ice cream for everyone... and I ended up making about a gallon.

I just finished making the (turkey!) breakfast sausage for the scotch eggs... 3 3/4 pounds of it, good for 18 eggs, which are boiling now. ^_^
