Cock sauce in the NYT

Occasionally I run across someone who hasn't a clue what Huy Fong’s Tuong Ot Sriracha is. You know, cock sauce... bright red chili paste with the rooster on the bottle.

I just read an article in the NY Times on it. Halloween costumes and tattoos based on this stuff. wow. I <3 the internet. ^_^
