So I've been gathering these pictures for a while. After a tough day of eating hay and fighting over who gets the pigloo, Irving, the love of my life, has been practicing the art of the splodge. Pancaking. Getting comfortable. Whatever you want to call it, he looks hilarious in most of these poses. I was lucky enough to catch a few of them. The quality on some of these isn't great because catching Irving splodged out requires quick grabbing of the camera, and sometimes I only have my phone.
Regardless, let me show you my lazy boar.
**Note: I'm trying to keep these pictures together in the groupings of when I took them.
Attempt #1:
Due to sharing space with Henry in the cuddle cup (dog sized!), sometimes getting comfortable isn't easy...
... like when your roommate sticks his butt in your face.
"I believe I requested a single..."
But sometimes a compromise can be achieved, and splodging can occur.
Attempt #2:
With a napping Henry commandeering the pigloo, Irving is forced to the cruel outside. But... ooh, there's hay out here!
Attempt #3:
We were watching TV one night and Irving was just chillin'.
... but he decided that wasn't comfortable, so he moved to this one. Yes, that's the order it went in.
Attempt #4:
Attempting to curl up outside the pigloo.
... but what's this?
A little cave appeared in the blanket!
Here he was kind of mad at me for trying to get this picture.
Attempt #5:
Not really diggin' it.
Oh well. I'm just gonna give up and go lie down over here.
Man, it is hard work being a guinea pig.
