I've been putting this post off for almost a week now, mainly because sometimes I feel like one big whiner/complainer even though this is my journal and where else can I do these things   It's been a wing-dinger of a year so far and looks like it isn't getting any better any time soon.

Only one mailbox and one parked car were in jeopardy this time.

Tude's second time behind the wheel.

We won't mention the first time, suffice to say whiplash aint pretty.

However we tooled around the Kennedy Middle School track for about 15 minutes or so (I was getting a bit dizzy) and she didn't do so bad.  Not for a first time *really* driving.  Jerky steering and pedal pressure, but that comes with practice.

Tude has passed the online portion of her restricted drivers test.  Which includes a 4 hour online drug awareness test and has garnered her a certificate from the 123.com driving school.

All she needs now is to present herself to the DMV, with the approprieate documentation*, take the sign test again (evidently different signs than on the online ( Read more... )
