So I finally got to read my yearbook....

That has been hiding in a certain person's room for--it must be about 3 1/2 months now? But don't think twice, it's alright (I know Grace will get that reference); I rather enjoyed bringing back the memory of high school the day before I am scheduled to move into my dorms. Not that I couldn't just bike to DHS from my dorms...but, you know, the effect was nice. I think I have finally left DHS behind, though. It's just some books of memories and old papers now.

For everyone here who actually signed my yearbook (don't feel bad if you didn't), I would like to comment on your--what do you call them??--entries or whatnot, because, well, I enjoyed them.

Grace: Oh gad, best entry, hands down. I cannot quite tell you how much I enjoyed it; I'll just say that the enjoyment factor was IMMENSE. I wish we could have Japapense tourists taking pictures in front of us in our glory. Another note: I finally developed my Senior Ball camera (I didn't realize how accidentally nostalgic my day was until just now), and the results are GOLD. Which means that I need to get off my tush and send some things. That will need to happen.

Laura: Is awesome. Therefore your entry had no choice but to be awesome. Another note: I finally got two Wodehouse books today, and their could hardly be literature more suited to my tastes (except Douglas Adams, and perhaps the "Devil in a Kilt").

Julien: Very cute, my dear. However, let us remember that I am your OLDER sister, not younger. K thnks.

Joseph: Ah, I have come to the one who has held my yearbook hostage all these months. You forced me to laugh, although the jokes may have been terrible [surprise, surprise (that is an obscure reference to a Paul Simon song, if anyone can tell me the name I will give them a dollar the next time I see them)]. No matter how bad the joke, though, sometimes I "simply" (to quote you) cannot keep myself from laughing. Like the song "How Can I Keep From Singing?", except not, you know, serious. I appreciate the fact that you took the time to ACTUALLY sign my ACTUAL yearbook, ACTUALLY. Even though it was ACTUALLY only an ACTUAL page. I ACTUALLY suppose this doesn't ACTUALLY matter. So thanks anyway, and stuff. LOLZ.
