(no subject)
My office at school is getting emptier. I've been slowly getting things out so I can return the key and exit the building for one final time. I've been coming mostly during the evenings, but I wanted to get a few things off my computer so I thought I might as well come in for an hour. I wanted to burn a disc, but it seems as though I no longer have a program on my computer to do so. I've been using my flash drive a lot, so it has been a long time since I've used the disc method. I wonder if Mike never reinstalled it when we decided to clean the computer and reload everything. I realize there are certain things he prefers over others, but I also have specific things I like as well, and I'm goign to use them on my computer. I just had to clear out lots of data on my flash drive, but since everything on it was for school, it isn't a loss in the least.
I'm getting more and more excited about moving into the new place as time goes by. I'll be running things over after we get back from NC, and we are going to rent a truck on the weekend for the big stuff. Mike won't be able to get off work so we'll be in the old place for ther est of the week, but thats not a big deal. Also, its maybe a 5 minute drive between the apartment and the duplex so I won't have to spend a decent chunk of time on the road transporting stuff. While I'm not exactly thrilled about doing most of the work, I don't want to have to do it all over the weekend and I want to be in the new place right away. Soon!
