last week :-) VS this week :-(
Well as much fun as last week was, this week sucks. Let's compare!
Last week
- Hotel Savitha and Geri, including Vandana, Atasi and Mr. Chris as guests :-)
- LOTS of Cranium
- Taboo at Bubble Island
- Random chocolate-vodka shots with Mr. Chris
- Homemade strawberry daiquri- type of drinks
- Homemade Indian food via Savitha, homemade dinner and dessert from Vandana and Atasi
- Discovering the very delicious new pita grill
- Getting the Comcast internet installation date moved up
- Pride Night with Savy and our guests
- Good Time Charley's with the boys
- Visiting Sarah at CMU
- Cookie dough, yummmm
- Dinner at Bennigans
- Drinking at The Cabin with live music
I think the turning point was somewhere around 1:00 am on Saturday night when Sarah and I started to feel sick because there was WAY too much sugar in our drinks.
This Week
- Sugary sickness that didn't even include a buzz
- Problems moving my enormously heavy computer desk to school
- Problems with the internet router including 3 different ones, each exceeding each other in price
- High frickin gas prices the ONE week I have to drive home twice and drive to Chelsea on other days
- Eye doctor appointment including expensiveness which I will blame on George Bush, along with my increasing blindness... might as well.
- My boss' cruise getting cancelled, which means they are here, which means there is a lot of work, which means no break before classes start.
- Stressful work issues including not getting a stupid principal to return a one page document in order to recieve a $50,000 grant.
- Problems with Savy's car including paying for it to get fixed only to have the same problem.
- Problems with Geri's car including lots of $ on a car that will probably die next week
- Meeting James' mom for the first time, which doesn't happen until tomorrow, but which I can predict will just end up sucking besides the insane amounts of nervousness that have been stressing me out just thinking about it
- Also, the way this is going, I will probably end up finding out I have a cavity or something at tomorrow's dentist appointment.
