back from vacation
Well my lovely 1 week summer vacation unfortunately ended today, but it was nice while it lasted. I went up north to the family cottage from Saturday to Thursday with my mom. It was beyond relaxing, just swimming and floating in the lake, getting a tan, making campfires and napping in the hammock. Came back Thursday, and had some yummy ice cream with a side of butterflies at Coldstone to end the vacation with a bang.
Friday was crazily stressful, I had to move out of the new apartment and in to the new one before 1pm because I had my last fellowship class then. To make things even crazier, we, or rather everyone except me since I was in class, ended up moving all the stuff AGAIN to another new apartment, long story. Anyways, I’ve been unpacking and setting up over the weekend. Yesterday I wanted to take full advantage of my last day off before coming back to work, so I made dinner and brownie sundaes for Savy, James, and Savy’s friend that’s staying with us this week. Then we watched the Family Guy movie and played 3 rounds of Cranium, which was so much fun! Okay I’m a dork... anwyays, I’m writing from work right now [since we don’t have internet in the new apartment and won’t have it until September 8th :-( ] so I should probably go. I should get off around 6 today anyways.
