A total of 9 toy poodle puppies were born.  The breakdown:

1 white
8 black (although one of the black ones has a spot of brown on it)

6 females
3 males

My nieces and nephew were there to witness the birth, and have been watching the puppies like hawks, though they are coming over this weekend, and I'm sure I'll get to hear all about it.

Sort of.

My brother's dog had puppies this morning.  7 was the count last I heard though they thought there might be one or two more to come.  Yay for puppies.
