Whiteboard
As Ianto's mun pointed out to me, the whiteboard isn't just for the Cluedo plot, you can use it for everything. So I have added a short description of it in the current state of the TARDIS post, which says:
This is activated by a white button on the console. When pressed it will be revealed in the wall of the console room. Pressing it again will hide it. It comes with three pens: one black, one red, one blue, and an eraser.
Anyone's free to write on it any time and they can write or draw anything (or rub anything out). To keep things simple, if your character writes something new then put it in a new post. If they reply to something someone else has written, then reply to that post. But you can also use it during the threads, the same as with the phones. I will create a tag for any posts that are written on the whiteboard.
