Just some stuff I felt like posting about.
I've been meaning to mention that there's a new cat at my house. It's a stray that we started feeding, a pure white cat named 'Snowflake'. It will be an outside cat though, he won't get along with our other two cats; he is very well-mannered usually though.
Saw Harry Potter the other night. Great movie, but I had some things. I'm not going to spoil it for anyone who hasn't seen it yet though, so I'm just gonna say that it left a lot out. Understandably though, since the Goblet of Fire was so long. But a lot of times, it seemed that the movie skipped around too much, and didn't explain things it should have; it was kinda jumpy. But still enjoyable nonetheless.
Another thing: I have officially gotten off the Ron / Hermoine and Harry / Ginny boats, and rejoined the ranks of Harry / Hermoine shippers. Sorry Ron. Fleur's not looking too good either.
Oh, and is it weird that Moaning Myrtle's one of my favorite characters?
I have confirmed that the Winter break is going to be a busy time for me. Made most busy by the (some time to be) planned trip to Indiana to see my (would have been last semester, but will be this semester and junior year) roommate Tony.
I'm heading to New Orleans over Thanksgiving break! I'll see my computer again! I'll see you soon, Highwind!!!
I wonder when I turned into someone who lives a healthy lifestyle. I know the calories of everything I eat, and the calories expended in all my activities. I watch my simple and complex oils. I eat whole wheat bread, with flax if I can get it. I avoid trans fats, and actually eat balanced meals, proven through Mypyramid.gov. What the hell? When did this start? That and going to the gym and working out regularly? What happened to the gamer lifestyle of pizza and sitting in a chair for hours on end? Oh wait, that hasn't gone away... But still.
My parents asked me what I want for Christmas, and I can't for the life of me think of anything. Not saying there's nothing I want; on the contrary, I want a 40gb iPod and a digital camera. But both of those are big buys, and ones I mean to get myself. (And not that they'd get them anyway.) All I can think of is a second 160gb hardrive to set up in a RAID, and another gig of memory. Wait. Why not ask for those?
Ok, back to waiting for Tony to call, to try and set up the plan.
