I got one for ya. I put in a service request that I couldn't access my email. Didn't hear anything all day, and then, on a fluke decided to just try it to see if it was working again.
In my inbox was a message from the service desk telling me it should be fixed now, but if not, please email them at this address.
*snickers* Sadly, I am not even surprised. Teh business students--not so impressive: "Hum, I'm not qualified for anything. What shall I do? I know! I'll get an MBA, and go into CONSULTING!"
Here, the tech guys have worked out a great system--their phone has a message that says "for tech support, email support@***.edu or see our webpage." That way, they can avoid all those icky calls from people whining that their computers can't access the internet. What do we think they are, technical support?
