Internet FAIL
The internet at work has been in the crapper today, but nothing matches this level of fail:
Plucky Business Student type: HI, I was wondering. Why Don't you guys send out an email or something when the internet goes down?
Our reference librarian gently pointed out the flaws in that question, which is a sight more graceful than how I'd have handled it.
I now know why the economy is in the toilet, if these are the kind of business students we're turning loose on the world.
