today I went into the security office where they have the lost and found because I had left my dance clothes at school last friday by mistake. There was this kid in front of me (he looked like he was in 6th or 7th grade) who was trying to get his binder back. for those that don't know, at our school they make you describe the object, cause they dont want people stealing each other's stuff. This is the exchange that happened:
Kid: (pointing to a binder on the shelf behind the woman in charge) That's it; that's my brown binder.
Woman: no its not. You have the wrong binder.
Kid: Take it down and let me show you! that brown one right there, that's my binder.
Woman: I'm not letting you take that binder.
Kid: Why not?!? Its my brown binder!
Woman: That is not your brown binder.
Kid: What do you mean?
Woman: That binder is GREEN.
turned out the kid was color blind. [ok i know its mean, but you know you're laughing ;)]
