i am a networker. i talked to a lot of chiefs about my rate problem and my rating problem (two seperate issues). except i forgot to talk to my own chief about it and he got kinda upset.
i'm going back to deck soon. no journalist duty until i get my sailor stuff done.
i'm too busy to say much.
