So, things are feeling a lot better now than they were last time I posted. I attribute this to the fabulous time I had bowling last night with Bryon, Allison, Steve, Tom, Scott, and Tabitha. I so needed to get off campus and participate in relaxing activity with awesome people

I was reading your last entry, and I could really relate.
I think that it may still be in your best interest to see a counselor, because even when I was depressed, I sometimes had these bouts of happiness that would make everything seem okay. But then, when stressful elements of life began to reappear, I would just crash.
[And hey, it can never hurt to try counseling once. It's not something to be ashamed about; millions are receiving help.]
It's ultimately and completely your own decision though; you know what's best, I'm sure.
