Feeling fortunate

Well, the illness ran its course and now I'm feeling well again. I'm still feeling a little low on energy, but that will return soon.

Last night James and I saw Miss Saigon at the Grand Opera House here in Macon. That was one incredible show. The cast was incredible. The leading lady had an amazing voice. The story is quite depressing, especially when you realize that the story is truly drawn from history. If you have never seen it, I recommend that if you ever have the chance, that you make time to see it.

This week is looking to be quite busy. Tomorrow night my Sunday School class is having a Thanksgiving party. Tuesday night nin_wife & nin_man will be having dinner with James and me. Wednesday evening we will be cleaning up from Tuesday night and preparing to host James's folks for coffee/dessert after lunch at S&S Cafeteria on Thursday. Thursday morning I will be starting to decorate the house with Christmas decorations, watching the Thanksgiving Day parade, having lunch with J's folks, traveling to Twin City to visit my family and separate my 3yr old niece's birthday, and then driving back home that night. Part of me would like to get up early Friday morning to see if I can catch any of the day after Thanksgiving Day sales, but I'm not sure if I have the discipline to climb out of bed that early on a day off.
